The health and well-being of our kittens is our top priority, and we want every family to feel confident and secure when adopting from us. That’s why every kitten comes with a comprehensive health guarantee.
Veterinary Care – All Bengal kittens are examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our cattery. They are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and health checks.
Genetic Health Guarantee (First 2 Years) – If your kitten is diagnosed with a congenital or hereditary condition within two years of birth that significantly affects its quality of life—or in the rare case of death due to a genetic condition—we will offer a replacement kitten of equal value at no additional cost. Certification from a licensed veterinarian is required.
Extended Coverage (Up to 10 Years) – If your Bengal cat passes away due to a confirmed genetic issue after the age of ten years, we will provide a credit of 70% of the original purchase price toward the adoption of another kitten of equal value.
For the guarantee to remain valid, we kindly ask that you:
Schedule a veterinary exam within 2 business days of receiving your kitten and provide us with a copy of the report.
Follow all vaccination schedules, deworming treatments, and routine veterinary care as advised by your vet.
Provide your kitten with a balanced diet, safe environment, and regular enrichment to support healthy development.
Our health guarantee does not cover:
Differences in size, color, coat, or markings.
Conditions caused by neglect, poor diet, obesity, or lack of veterinary care.
Costs associated with spaying/neutering, including undescended testicles.
Illnesses resulting from exposure to other pets, stress, or environmental factors after leaving our cattery.
